STANDARD EQUIPMENT

• Materials capacity to produce 4.5 cubic yards of high strength concrete. (Recommended maximum aggregate, 5/8-in. diameter).
• Produces 1 cubic yard, of high quality concrete every 4- 6 minutes @ 5 bag mix in accordance with ASTM C-685, ACI 304.6R, and AASHTO M241.
• 50 cubic foot cement bin insures that you will not run out of cement before aggregate. Cement bin is equipped with pneumatic vibrator the Exclusive Cemen Tech Dual Auger Cement Metering System providing you with the most accurate mix design the industry.
• Cement bin includes pin clutch to disengage cement feeder to allow for simple and easy calibration of the unit.
• Weather tight cement bin hatch with latches prevents cement from premature hydration as a result of moisture.
• Calibrated gate control allows you to quickly and easily reset mix designs.
• 10 ft. long, 8-inch continuous homogenizing mixer, with full length, NI-HARD steel, wear blades provides you with hours of maintenance free production.
• Mix auger reverses and opens from the top to make wash out quick and easy.
• Removable 2ft. Long discharge chute makes concrete placement easy.
• Hydraulic mixer hoist with positive locking feature allows you to safely raise and lower the mix auger and adjust for different mix angles. (Max 25 degrees)
• 15-hp electric motor provides continuous, efficient, safe power for your mixer. 230/460 volt, 3 phase.
• Resettable counter shows the exact amount of concrete produced giving you an accurate way to track your production.
• 14" wide proportioning conveyor belt, with vanner edge prevents spillage of sand and stone and allows for years of low maintenance trouble free use.
• Fully hydraulic operation of mixer and conveyor with 25-gallon hydraulic oil reservoir and oil filter ensures continuous production with out over heating.
• Quick acting water flow control valve and flow meter (GPM) let you monitor and precisely control the water required for a specific slump.
• Air system with water trap and oilier lubricates all vibrators, traps and collects unwanted moisture in the air lines preventing vibrator lock up.
• Cam activated, impacting, low decibel, air vibrator on cement bin helps insures a continuous and consistent flow of cement.
• Heavy-duty box beam style skid base, with anchor plates for Dispenser tie-down provide sturdy and stable support for the entire mixer.
• Industrial two- part, high solids, acrylic urethane paint and electrostatic paint process provides you with a lasting professional finish. Red, orange and yellow accent striping is included for a polished look.
