Cemen Tech, announces the successful completion of First Article testing for the United States Department of Defense. The successful test was the result of numerous tests which included not only carrying and production capacities but also the difficult to pass, rail hump test. The rail hump testing took place at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland and involves a series of runs whereby the Mobile Concrete Dispenser is set on a rail car which is then run into another rail car to determine if the unit can with stand the impact.
