In addition, a live demonstration was conducted using a Stationary Concrete Dispenser model SCD2-50 to proportion, mix and deliver a fast setting eight sack mix that was produced and delivered directly to the 3x3x3 curb inlet form, saving both time and handling. The SCD performed flawlessly as it produced the 3/4 yard of freshly produced concrete which achieved 2600 psi in 1.5 hours, allowing for quicker de-molding of the form and additional pours for the producer. The other benefits included the enclosed mixing chamber for controlling dust and ease of cleanup.
