Be sure to register for our 2012 Maintenance and Operations classes and receive your World Center of Concrete Technology Certificate. Our courses are designed to train operators on the equipment as well as provide the basics for calibration. We are also offering and advanced course on heavy maintenance which covers trouble shooting scenarios and is a hands-on working course.

In addition, all of these courses will cover our copy written certified marketing package which covers the basic of retailing concrete. All of these courses are available for $350 which covers all meals during the course, three night' lodging and course materials. Call 1-800-247- 2464 to find out more or reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited. A non-refundable, $50 deposit or more required to confirm your reservation. We ask that you allow a travel day on Tuesday and Friday as the classes start in the morning on Wednesday and end late on Thursday.

If you miss the spring class you can still receive your WCCT certification by going on line and participating in their webinar which will be available any time. To register and take the course, go to wcct.net (World Center for Concrete Technology website) Click on link for the micro-course you want and your request will be automatically be forwarded to WCCT secretary Barb Szczesniak, who will contact you with billing information (credit cards are accepted). When billing information is processed, the micro-course will be available for download. Your certificate of completion will be issued by the WCCT and sent to you within five business days upon passing the course.

We will once again have a significant presence at the 2012 World of Concrete with a large indoor booth (C5223) located in the Central Hall of the convention center. This year we will have a Mobile Concrete Dispenser (MCD10-200) on a new CAT truck chassis as well an International Mobile mixer on a Mack GU 813. Other trucks include Freightliner with an MCD6-100, a new Sterling LT8500 with an IMM1060 and a Cemen Tech MCD2-50T.  Also as part of our display of all the mixer brands we offer, we will have an Elkin High production model (10.60) in the Mack truck booth (C5236) directly across the aisle.

In addition, we will again be conducting demonstrations in an outdoor booth located in the Silver Lot, booth O30038.  We will be making rapid setting concrete daily in the booth at 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm Tuesday through Thursday and 9:00 am Friday morning. 

To top it all off we are also participating in the live pervious concrete demonstrations in the Gold lot whereby daily demonstrations for classes will be held on how to properly produce and finish pervious concrete. You can see the live pervious demonstrations Tuesday through Thursday at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:30 pm.

For anyone who has not seen a volumetric mixer in action this is an ideal opportunity to work it into your schedule as we will have demonstrations on an hourly basis in one location or another and all of the brands and models we offer.  If you are attending, please include us in your plans as we look forward to visiting with you and catching up on how you are doing and we may have a surprise or two to unveil at the show.
